Health Extension Little Bites Buffalo & Whitefish is a grain-free small-breed dry dog food designed for toy, teacup, miniature dogs, and puppies. It uses buffalo as the main protein and whitefish as a secondary protein source, providing high-quality animal protein plus omega-3 fatty acids for skin and coat health. The kibble is very small-sized (“Little Bites”), making it easy for small mouths to chew and digest, and it includes probiotics, fruits, vegetables, and herbal “superfoods” for overall health support.

Buffalo, deboned whitefish, buffalo meal, whitefish meal (source of omega-3 fatty acids), chickpeas, lentils, sunflower oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols), tapioca starch, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, peas, salmon oil (source of DHA), carrots, kelp, seaweed meal, blueberries, cranberries, spinach, tomato, beets, parsley, chicory root, sage, basil, organic apple cider vinegar, ginger, green tea extract, turmeric, black pepper, organic apple cider vinegar, plus vitamins and minerals (vitamin A, D3, E, B-complex), taurine, choline chloride, and mineral complexes (zinc, iron, manganese, copper, cobalt), along with probiotics such as Lactobacillus, Bacillus, Enterococcus, and Aspergillus fermentation products.

Feed according to your dog’s weight, age, activity level, and environment. Small dogs typically require about ¼ cup per day for very small toy breeds, around ⅓ to ⅔ cup for slightly larger small breeds, and up to 1¼ cups per day for dogs around 20–30 lb, with adjustments based on activity and metabolism. Puppies generally require about twice the adult feeding amount, divided into multiple meals throughout the day. When switching to this food, transition gradually over 5–7 days by mixing increasing amounts of Health Extension Little Bites with the previous diet to prevent digestive upset. Always provide fresh drinking water and adjust portions to maintain a healthy body condition.
