Feeding Instructions

Feed according to your dog's weight, age, activity level, environment, and breed. When feeding this canned food as the sole diet, toy dogs (2–12 lb) generally require about ½ to 1¼ cans daily, small dogs (12–25 lb) about 1¼ to 2¼ cans, medium dogs (25–50 lb) about 2¼ to 3½ cans, and large dogs (50–100 lb) about 3½ to 5½ cans per day. Puppies may be fed up to twice the recommended adult amount based on body weight, with portions gradually reduced as they mature. Serve at room temperature, refrigerate any unused portion, and always provide fresh drinking water. When switching to this food, transition gradually over 7–10 days by mixing increasing amounts of the new food with the previous diet to help prevent digestive upset.
